I am a trauma therapist with over 18 years of experience working with PTSD, Complex PTSD, depression, anxiety, and grief.
I also focus on issues related to postpartum adjustment, life transitions, late-in-life ADHD or Autism diagnoses, religious trauma and high-control group dynamics.
My toolkit includes evidence-based modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I also incorporate somatic work—engaging your body, mind, and emotions—to help you reconnect with yourself and help you experience post traumatic growth.
